Step 2: Wait to hear back about the status of your application, which may take several days as we review:

For students, Step 2 involves reviewing the credit of a cosigner (which is typically a parent or close family member), and income for students is not considered.
Approval decisions consider your entire application, but derogatory items (such as unpaid bills, low credit score, or a history of paying rent late at prior rentals) may have an adverse impact on your application
Section 8 applicants are welcome to apply for apartments that are equal or less than their voucher limit (please see your case manager for details and attend your move-out meeting to get your “shopping numbers” before submitting your application).
